Life is good

I'm going to Harvard, high school is winding down, and I have not a care in the world.

Discuss.

Sounds like you get all the ladies.

f you buddy

Mhmm. Yeah. Right. Everything's just peachy.

Good luck next year in the pressure cooker!

I sense a little green.

I've heard Harvard academics aren't that bad, alot of grade inflation and such. Sounds like the best of both worlds: great name not too "hrd. Good Luck and congratulations

Why thank you. I truly appreciate it.

Well they are stimulating but not too consuming. Plus I'm not concentrating in Bio, Chem, or Math--one more reason why life is good.

I'm probably going to concentrate in Physics, Chem, or Bio.

:D <-- me now

:( <-- me once i'm taking orgo

At least one of us isn't screwed then.

Green's my favorite color. I look particularly good in it.

King for a day. I wish I were you. For me: college is getting tougher with me wanting to leave unquestionably; I still don't know where I am going next semester; I have to wait until third week of may to hear from Harvard.
Cherish it boy it's only upstream from here.

1) Second semester of Senior year post Harvard acceptance isn't that great. At least for me, I had a a huge crisis of conscience. I hated it, and I couldn't wait to get out of there.
2) The whole "The only hard part is getting in" bit isn't really true. I sort of hoped it would be, but it isn't. Harvard is hard. Thus why it is Harvard.
3) Terra--My roommate is taking orgo right now and it sounds rough. To make matters worse, tomorrow she has midterms in both orgo and in life sciences 1b. DON"T DO THAT next year. She's crazy.

Congrats to all those accepted!

well that sux.

all that and you don't even get a guarentee of being famous. sounds stupid.

amnesia--you read my statements wrong. merely I'm commenting on misconceptions.

Harvard IS awesome and amazing and eye-opening and it's a huge honor to attend.

augh you're so lucky!!!

i hate still having to worry about getting into college...

yea but the homework sux!!! it ain't college, it's harvard... so what's the point of going to harvard if you're there to learn?

connections are so much more important, but w/e

I just can't wait to be sitting in my dorm, reading a book or doing a problem set (although I'm sure that'll get old really fast). I am pumped for college and legitimately excited about what I'll be learning, and even though Harvard's only 30 minutes from my home, I'm sure it's going to be a whole other world. I just want to make the most of the experience, and take advantage of the opportunities that I'll have there. Can't wait to meet all of you people.

Of course I am anticipating a rough four years of college coming up, especially when the novelty of "going to Harvard" wears off after about a week or two.

Enjoy your lives. Enjoy what you are learning and you won't complain. Thus, take classes you like. It's a simple formula.

Ahhhh I really want to take the offer but there's the money factor (H won't give me aid) and what if I pick a random not lucrative major and fejaklejalfjaejlefjlejfa....

But congratulations to everyone who has this wonderful opportunity!
