Lifting

My son buys all his "powders" at <a href="http://www.dpsnutrition.net/?fromdotcom=1&rc=dotcom%5B/url%5D">http://www.dpsnutrition.net/?fromdotcom=1&rc=dotcom</a></p>

With an order of $100 you get a free shaker bottle.

Now, at West Point, there's a store at the PX that sells what he needs at a good price.

Good luck.

Frankly I'm shocked to read all this stuff about various supplements being taken especially at the academies. Maybe I'm naive in this regard. My son went through four years of high school lifting without taking anything stronger than a whey protein milk shake and set a league record in the power clean. Oh well I guess I'm behind the times.

Whey Protein is about all I can remember my son taking - don't think anything else has been mentioned on this thread.

Somebody mentioned creatine which our league bans.

Whats wrong with supplements. Its pretty much the same as eating right and just gives your body the fuel it needs to build muscle. The academies should especially allow them because they aid in the strength and muscle building process by creating a diet which the cadets may not otherwise get.
