Likelihood of actually being employed??

Okay so I know Richmond is highly regarded, but I feel like that’s mostly for business majors; am I wrong? I plan on being an English major, most likely for secondary education. I’m unsure about how Richmond will look on my resume when I’m trying to be employed as a teacher (my other option is Penn State Schreyer Honors College). Will Richmond set me up well to get a job with English/education? I haven’t received much info on my major specifically, so if you have any insight about the answer to this question or about the advising team at Richmond for my major that’d be awesome!!

Look into the education certification requirements in the state you hope to teach in, it could inform your decision.
