<p>Does Harvard send out "likely letters" to applicants in March? If so, do people ,who receive these letters, like almost 100% sure they will get in in early April?</p>
<p>As far as I know likely letters are sent out continously to select individuals, rather than at a specific time to everyone.</p>

<p>according to the website, she went to RSI, was a regional finalist at Siemens, and was a runner-up at the JSHS regionals. Pretty accomplished if u ask me.</p>

<p>Yes, what I found was the regionals at Siemens (for a team) and the JSHS thing. Considering the multitude of people who win Intel, make Siemens nationals (or regionals as individuals), win JSHS, etc., and probably will not get likely letters, I would have to guess she had more.</p>
