<p>well, if you are a recruited athlete from mongolia who did RSI and TASP with 1600, 800x5 and a 4.0 with an IB 45, you might get one :p</p>

<p>Sometimes they're on the same footing as domestics, sometimes they aren't. Tricky for them, especially with financial aid.</p>
<p>Yeah, they do that for their feeder schools. There is an international school here that gets mails like this all the time.</p>
<p>Welll.......... never heard of any international getting a likely letter .. and well they mostly avoid sending intels the same..</p>

<p>well intels can get likely letters too, albeit a little rare. i have a friend (singaporean) who received likely letters from yale and cornell last year... but yeah, she did RSI. :p</p>
