Is there a list of any kind of colleges that accept transfers after one semester?
Yes, create a common app transfer account and you can filter schools by spring entry in the Add Program tab.
Only a small portion of them accept first year students though

If a college takes transfers in the spring semester, they generally will consider those with just one semester of college, provided they meet the credit requirements.
