Penn State now has direct entry BSN programs at 5 branch campuses, in addition to the main campus. The branch campuses also accept transfers from other colleges, while the main campus program (which is very selective) does not. The Altoona campus is near a major hospital and is not that far from State College, for students who want to participate in activities at the main campus.

Similarly, Pitt has a direct entry BSN program at its Greensburg campus. It also accepts transfers, and is less competitive than the main campus program.

Seton Hall Univ. in NJ is working on a BSN program that they hope to open for the 2019-2020 year.

The list is helpful but needs further revising / scrutinizing. For instance, we confirmed last year that Ohio State can be removed from the list. Also, UAB no longer appears to be direct entry. Dominican University of CA may be added https://www.dom.edu/academics/majors-programs/bachelor-science-nursing

I am removing University of Mississippi from direct admit nursing programs list. It is not even a 2+2. You must take prereqs and then apply to a separate medical center to get the degree and it is very competitive. People cannot assume they will get in to the medical center. In any case not direct
