<p>Because of all the interest, I thought it would be helpful to start a list of all schools that offer a traditional 4-year direct-entry BSN (Bachelor of Science in Nursing) degree.</p>

<p>The alternative program is a 2 + 2 program where the first 2 years are spent taking prerequisites and the student has to reapply to continue the 2nd two years in the nursing program. The problem with this method, is that schools are not forthcoming about how many deserving applicants they don't allow to continue for the second two years simply because there is not enough space. Plus, the student's education is "chopped up" a bit by being so different for each half and for having to reapply to one's own school as a first semester sophomore.</p>

<p>So, if you KNOW that a school is a direct-entry 4-year BSN, add it to the list below and please indicate the state it's in.</p>
