Listing Choices for Housing -- possible for one house as choice 1 and 2?

Is it legal to do, for example:

Ware - Single

Ware - Double

Fisher - Single

Fisher - Double

etc, or is this just stupid?

Also, am I hurting myself by not applying for a Res Program if I want the Quad?

you can only list 3 choices in the quad. but i think that strategy would work fine. any place in the quad i think is competative. do you know how many singles vs doubles there are in ware, fischer, and reipe?

caths2005 - its listed on the housing guide on the upenn.edu
though there are a lot of singles, almost as many as there are doubles, like 175 singles to 200 doubles in ware

which dorm is better - ware or fisher? i've heard they're better than reipe...but i dunno. any opinions?

Riepe is awesome - Definitely don't discount it.

so how would you rank the three?

hill vs high rises? rank and why...

hill is very social, andy. because the rooms are tiny and people are forced to go outside and mingle pretty much (well, many do)

high rises are mostly for upperclassmen. you get nice room, it's not too loud, and all the frosh will live on a few floors, but it's definitely not as frosh-saturated as hill.

it's really up to you

I'm still somewhat confused, 3 quad options is the maximum but you can do what the original poster did?

no, because three quad options is the maximum
