Listing my Activities

When listing my activities, are there any repercussions to saying that I don't want to continue doing a certain activity in college. I feel like saying no might make the admission's office think that I didn't enjoy doing that activity. What do they use our answer to that question for?

There's another section where we write details, honors or accomplishments. Most of my activities aren't things that you get ranked in. It's just something that I participated in. So what do we put there?

Also, would creating apps or games by myself at home (not in a club) be considered an activity?
Finally, I go to these college prep classes that have a harder syllabus than normal school (not AP classes though). I usually spend up to 15 hours a week at these classes but since I'm technically paying for them, it doesn't fit the definition of activity that I have in my mind (and I'm not getting a certificate either). Where would the best place to put this be and if I end up putting it as an activity, considering that I'm usually the topper in that class, could I write that as an accomplishment?

Thanks.

It would help if I got a reply since I need to submit it by tomorrow!..

I would say that you should put that you are thinking about doing the clubs in college. I think they ask this question to see how active you will be in the college community. You can leave those blank or write about things that you did in those clubs that you consider accomplishments. In regards to creating apps and the classes you are taking you could add that to additional info or put it in your resume and submit your resume.
