<p>Sorry if this question has been answered before.</p>

<p>I've taken classes at only one community college, but I'm also registered at another college. Nonetheless, I have never taken or registered for any classes at that other school. Do I still need to note that I registered at that other school, or can I just not say anything because I ended up never registering for or taking courses there?</p>

<p>I don’t think so. I signed up for one college in my district and because of that I can take classes at any of colleges in it. I think you just need to put the ones you take classes in.</p>
