basically i am taking some sat 2's tomorrow and im thinking i should try to capitalize on taking as many as i can do well on. Last year i took AP Literature, got a 4 on the exam. I feel like the Lit Sat 2 is a similar test. I haven't prepped at all but I feel like there isnt much to prep for. Is it advisable to take it and possible to get 700 or better than on in my situation. I am in need of some quality sat 2 scores so please gimme any advice you have

If you are good at english than just go ahead and take it. It is not really a test you can prepare for anyway either critical reading is something that comes naturally to you or else it is something that does not. In any case I took it with absolutely no preparation and skipped a bunch of questions and I scored a 700. This is by no means a good score but if you did that well on AP english than just go for it.

yeah, it's just basically your ability to anyalyze and interpret prose (usually fiction) and poetry. A 4 on AP lit is good, so you should to at least pretty well on the sat. The sat should be similar to the AP multiple choice.
