Lit, Spanish, or Physics?

I've taken the Math IIC so far (800).

I am looking to go to a highly selective liberal arts school. I think I am capable on scoring well (at least 750+) on Lit, Spanish, and Physics.

Would it be in my best interests to take all three, or why risk it and take two? If so, which two would be most impressive to a liberal arts school? Also, if I were to take Spanish, would it be in my best interests to take the listening test? The problem is I'm a junior, so if I don't test well that day, I would not have an opportunity to retake Spanish with listening.

I'd say try some practice questions and see how you do. . . I think you need the listening to place out of foreign language, but I'm not sure.
