Living in co-ops

I'm thinking of living in a co-op my junior year. i'm looking for a house that is clean and one that isn'tfull of parties...mainly, a place where my parents won't be worried sick when they come visit and see the house. I'm more inclined to a nerdier (since i'm premed) yet fun house and i'd probably prefer a smaller house as well.

Any suggestions? What kind of reputation does Davis, Euclid, Hoyt, Sherman, Kidd, and Ridge have?

I know the people in Davis are very friendly, down to earth, and welcoming. However, one of the guys told me that he doesn’t drink (neither did another one in the house) but they have to hold parties i think twice a semester, like all co-ops. but there are definitely people who don’t do it so I really liked that house. If I weren’t so against living with dirty people or just random people that could turn out to do stuff I don’t like, I would definitely live there (not saying that they are but it happens sometimes so I’m getting my own apartment or share with a friend).

Did you visit the houses you prefer? I actually visited Ridge, Davis, Euclid, Castro. The quietest, nicest, cleanest house I guess is Euclid but it’s really small n ppl were not so friendly I guess. Castro is not nice to me as well coz they don’t care who you are. Davis and Ridge are nice and quite big but a little messy and dirty (maybe it was the end of the semester so it was so) but it’s quiet and a good place to study. Ppl are friendly and welcoming too. So I suggest Davis and Ridge but Davis is quite far to me and it’s up in the hill so if you dont mind walking up and down, take it.
