usc and notre dame have a great competetive football history together.</p>

<p>Golubb_u, I take that you never attend any of the tech schools. There's indeed a rivalry between Caltech and MIT. Both schools historically quoted each other 'negatively' whenever they made some sensational pranks. It's of no coincidence that there was also the first time online chess match between the two tech schools. Between the two tech schools, the rivalry is in the form of intellectual competition instead of mere football games.</p>
<p>Cal beat Stanford 41-6 in football this year actually, the third year in the row.</p>
