<p>So, I'm thinking about putting in a request to loft my dorm room bed, any suggestions as to whether this is a good or bad idea? Past experiences? I'm just a little wary that my head may get banged against the ceiling repeatedly when I wake up..</p>
<p>lol unless you are 8 ft tall I dont think you will have any problems</p>
<p>I already put in my request…Lofting is a great idea since it gives you a lot more space that you otherwise would not have been able to use!</p>

<p>i lived in risley and those beds weren’t “loftable” - but hey. that’s what sturdy furniture is for. 
the desks, dressers and nightstands (in risley, at least) just so happened to be the same height. WOW. it’s like they were just DARING us to do it.</p>
