Every time I open up the website, it is showing that I’m not logged in and asking me to sign in. When I click on “Log In,” it takes me back to the site as if I HAD logged in already. So it’s not that big a deal but seems to be a glitch. I use Chrome and Windows 10.
Yes, that happens to me too…IPad Air. Safari.
Me too. Safari.
I’m not able to replicate the issue, but I’ll bring it up to the tech team to see if there’s something we can do to fix it. Thanks!
@CCadmin_Sorin, just a note that the issue is still happening.
Ive got the same tihing, has been happening for a few months. I just haven’t complained
Mac/Safari
It’s happening for me too. I’m on an Android.
Still happening for me as well. There was another thread awhile back about the same issue but nothing has ever been resolved. Not a big deal, but very irritating.
Still happening.
Guys, I’ve asked the tech team to look into this and determine if there’s an ongoing issue. I’ll report once I get a reply. Thanks!
And I’m still having to log in a couple of times a week. Why? I never log out.
Me too. Edge

If I do not log in and click around the forum a few time, I am suddenly logged in.
Guys, can you please confirm the URL for page you are accessing when it says you are not logged in? Is it “http://” or “https:/”? Thanks!

But if I click around a couple times it logs me in to an https: URL. I do not clock on “log In”
The issue might be related to the “https” vs. “http”. Can anyone else confirm that the problem occurs on “http”? Thanks!
Yes, that seems to be the case for me, @CCadmin_Sorin. I changed my bookmark to “https” and now I’m logged in automatically. Thanks!
It occurs when I’m on http as well as https.
I always need to log-in as well, but it’s not of a big problem.
