Looking for a Cheap, Flexible, Online College

I'm taking a bit of time off from my brick and mortar institution to figure out at least some aspects of my life. I'd like to enroll in an online school to finish some lower division pre-requisites as well as possibly gain skills in ArcGIS or other areas which might lead to better post college employment opportunities. Right now I live and work in one of the most remote parts of the lower 48 (2 hrs and 15 mins to the nearest testing center), and although I'm working full time, the room and board deductions make my take home pay quite pathetic.

I have about $7,000 in the bank, and assuming I get an A or B in my class, my parents will likely reimburse me for its cost (I'll ask them the next time I speak with them). If it's important my home state is CA and I'm living in Wyoming.

Here are my must haves and wants for an online college:

MUST HAVE
-Regional accreditation
-Low enough cost (ideally under $500/ class since I'll have to factor in paying for the textbook, gas, and possibly testing center)
-Flexible start date (I intend to take one course at a time, so I don't want to be tied up by a semester schedule)
-Variety of lower division courses including college math and physics offerings

WANTS
-Flexible testing centers (because of the nature of my job, the nearest testing center may change depending on where I get transferred to)
-Some interaction with the professors
-Flexible end dates (since I get one or two days off a week, I can't be required to complete a course in three months as I don't know when I'll be able to drive to the testing center to take my exam)

Does anyone have any suggestions based on my criteria?

One possibility since it’s run by the CA Community Colleges. <a href=“Online Course Finder – California Virtual Campus”>http://www.cvc.edu/students/courses/

Thanks for this. When I have more time I’ll look into the program. I’m impressed by just how many courses are offered.
