My name is Joe Petrone Jr. I’m a local homeowner and third generation “Fallser”. Our family has a small real estate company just around the corner from the University.
I’m also one of the folks who takes his dog to what we locals call “The Nuts”, the hill nearby the Philly U Cafeteria, where I’ve noticed the art projects that sometimes crop up on that field.
I have a few ideas on some fun murals that I’d like to have done at home but I lack the skill. I would like to hire a talented Philly U student to bring a couple of these ideas to life.
