Are there any subject areas that interest you? Are you intellectually inclined, or looking for a job credential? Neither of the above? Care about study abroad? Love languages? Want to be in or near a city, or in the country? Hate hot weather? Love skiing? Love shopping? Love camping? Granola or Prada? Want to play varsity sports in college or happy with club? What sports? Want a 1500-undergrad school, a 5,000 undergrad school, or a 20,000 undergrad school? Want to be known, or want some anonymity?

The best schools for FA are the hardest to get into. Unless you have stellar scores and a significant hook, a 3.6 GPA is unlikely to get you there. About where do you think you fall in class rank?

Try the University Of Pittsburgh, it's strong in almost everything, has the best D1 sports programs in the Northeast, is in a city which makes for lot of internship opportunities, and lots of things to do in your spare time

As Consolation said, it's difficult to get into schools with excellent financial aid, so maybe school with great merit aid could be an option as well?
