<p>If you're from California, UC-Irvine is under $8,000. Out of state, it's a bit more pricey, but still not outrageous.</p>
<p>They have a well-known criminology program...not sure if this is the same thing as criminal justice, though. Course descriptions are on the website, and include classes on gang crime, punishment, psychology and the law, etc.</p>
