<p>Yea i’m looking to stay there but haven’t seen the place yet. Do you know how close and what side of campus the apartments are? Also, do you have to sign for a 12 month lease?</p>

<p>I’ll be moving in the fall…it costs $450 a month with utilities. the utilities has a cap of $175 amongst the four people living in the apartment</p>

<p>How many people are living there currently and would we have to find additional roomates? Also, what if one of the roomates decide to move out, would our rent be affected?</p>
<p>the cap means that if we consume more than $175 in electricity, we will get billed for it and the bill will depend on how much the city of Tallahassee charges. Also, everyone signs individual leases so if someone moves out, it has no effect on you.</p>

<p>yea…they only sign yearly leases so not too many people move out at the same time so keep your eye out.</p>
<p>They found me someone who is going to be studying abroad next spring and needs to move out after December, so it looks like I’ll be moving into his spot in January. I’m pretty excited.</p>
