Hello! I am a high school senior who will be attending Emory University in the US this coming fall. I am looking for scholarships but I've been finding it very difficult because I am a US citizen living outside of the US. A lot of the scholarships seem to ask for my address/phone number but because I do not live in the US, I don't know if it is possible for me to apply for the scholarship even if the eligibility rules say that the candidate can be a US citizen or a legal resident.
Could you suggest any scholarships that US citizens living outside the US could also apply to?

I know this sounds a little basic, but have you tried doing a simple googlesearch? :)

Your best chance at a scholarship is from Emory. Look on their web site and talk with them.

IMHO it is too late for most scholarships for the 2013-2014 year.

If you want to apply, contact the sponsoring organization and let them know that you are a US citizen abroad, and ask about the address and phone number issue. They will tell you what to do.
