looking to transfer...any options?

I am a freshman at Drexel, and I am not enjoying my time here. Philadelphia is not what I expected it to be and the people I have met seem to live in drama. I am a psychology major, and I love the subject, but the classes I have taken aren't very challenging. I am involved in a few ECs and take a large course load.

I don't know where would be a good school to transfer too. I want a more of a community feel to my school, and a more traditional experience. I have a 3.5 currently, and I am hoping to maintain that, or even increase it. Tuition isn't a problem (since Drexel is already so expensive) and I want to stay in the Northeast region.

Any advice? Thanks!

Are you interested in liberal arts colleges or larger universities? Do you want urban or rural?

Definitely want a larger university. I would like an urban atmosphere, but in keeping with the campus feel. Nothing in the middle of no where.

university of Minnesota is a great place. Good academics, school spirit, and atmosphere…as long as you can stand the cold weather. even thou i’m thinking of transfering out of here, just because it’s too far away, it’s a great place and it seems to fit your criteria.

Northeast Region…nvm.

maybe you should consider BU (boston) or BC.

^ BC would be a reach for him wouldn’t it?
I know BU is def. not that hard to get into.
