Lost and Confuseeeeed! :X

I'm going to be a senior. I have an idea of what I want I just cannot find a school I'm satisfied with. I have one school I know I'm applying to: Augustana College (IL), and I'm hoping that it's my safety. I need more schools to look at. I know where to start, I just... I'm not satisfied with ANYTHING I've looked at. Can someone recommend some schools that match my stats? Please?

What I want my college to be:
-In the midwest
-Small (under 5,000 is good, I'm not horribly picky on this)
-A school known for being studious-- peers who care to learn
-A pretty campus (hey, it doesn't hurt!)
-A challenging curriculum that won't be my demise
-Little to no Greek life -- I'm not a partier
-Small classes
-Geography/Political Science/International Affairs majors offered

What I have:
-Regular: 3.44 GPA.... 173/658 = 26.2% class rank
-Weighted: 3.5 GPA... 182/658 = 27.6% class rank
-ACT: 26 (Eng- 29, Math- 26, Reading- 28, Science- 21, Writing- 10)
-Volunteer Work: Rather sporatic. Retirement Home frosh year, Special Olympics soph/junior year, PAVE (raises awareness of sexual assault) junior year.... this summer I'm starting a steady volunteer job at a hospital's childrens center
-Work experience: soph+junior year worked as a cashier about 10-20 hours a week. am trying to get a job at the library for this summer.
-Extracurriculars: frosh+soph year: student council//soph year: newspaper reporter//junior year: literary magazine and entertainment editor for newspaper//senior year: i hope to go back to student council again, continue literary magazine, and join the community service club, but my main priority is editor-in-chief of paper
-Awards: Just Quill & Scroll Honor Society for High School Journalists. A Honor Roll and such...
-Academic: I didn't know better my freshman and sophomore year -- I didn't realize that everything I did once I entered High School mattered. Soph to Junior year was a transition -- I became VERY motivated/determined last summer. I entered junior year with something like a 3.1/3.2 with no honors classes (so it was the same weighted and unweighted) and left junior year having completed my first AP class, signed up for 3 more APs next year, and also managed to raise my GPA 3.44 regular and 3.5 weighted. It was my first year EVER getting straight A's.... and I'm in a "zone" right now, I guess. I'm proud of myself and I feel as though I can definitely do it again my senior year... but I'm kind of worried that it's too late: schools will see I did well for one year only and I'm scared that it won't matter when weighed against my experience as an underclassman. However, I almost think when compared to someone who couldn't handle junior year but did well as an underclassman, doing well as a junior might mean more to some colleges. OH! And also, I began junior year at 40% and got all the way up to 26%. That's something I must say I am pretty proud of.

Opinions? Schools I should be looking at? Anything. I'm desperate...

You could try looking at Oberlin, which would probably be a slight reach for you. They seem to have what you want.
