It means that if you will be attending UCLA or not.

Financial aid package is 6 to 8 weeks to process? Meaning we won't know until AFTER May 1?

Ours was showing the "No FAFSA" or "no SIR" message yesterday, but today we have our financial aid info available, so try again today!

its fixed, I saw mine.

Yes same here. Well, that's a relief regarding the FAFSA at least.

what do you guys consider a good package?
Im not sure if its expensive or not.

Ours looks really good.

is 5000 per year decent to pay?

$5,000 per year sounds amazing! Over the course of a year, that is less than $420 per month for a UCLA education. You can't buy an economy car for that!

Ok, because Im relatively new to the whole financial aid thing and its my first big acceptance.

wow...gift aid only $309 and the rest loans
our financial situation is not that great...is there any way to plead my case because numbers can be deceiving

Better than me. I got nothing

Ugh I'm OOS and got 18k "gift aid" and 28k loans/work study. No UCLA for me eurgh. =/ How can anyone turn down full tuition elsewhere (at a private university none the less). And my parents aren't paying so...ya. Chicago here I come!

14k in scholarships just isn't really going to do it for me... e_____e;

UCSD and Davis are giving me better packages.

Haha everyone is better than me. Gotta pay full sticker price B)

Haha don't worry Predator, I'm in the same boat :P
