<p>Also, you can get an idea of how much need based aid you may be eliglible for by asking your parents to use an on-line aid calculator. This isn’t guaranteed but it will give you an indication of whether you can afford to go to a private school.</p>
<p>I’ve searched again the SAT optional college list and wow, they were many LACs are competitive yet doesn’t require the SATs. Thank you so much !</p>
<p>I encourage you to take a look at Pacific University, in the suburbs of Portland, Oregon. It’s an LAC with a good reputation. They want international students, and they offer (nearly) all of the majors you listed. (Business, rather than International Business.) Other Oregon LACs you might want to consider are Willamette, Lewis and Clark, and Linfield. They all try to attract international students, and they all have pretty good merit aid and financial aid. I don’t know if they offer all of the majors you want.</p>
