Loud neighbors, but what do you do when your loud neighbor is your RA?

I've lived in dorms all years of my undergrad.
I live in a hall full of single rooms very small.... next door to my RA. she has been pretty quiet this whole year, nothing big enough to get mad or complain about. But a few weeks ago she started having friends over constantly, until 3 or 4 in the morning. They do all kinds of stuff, yell at each other, play music, sing, chanting (???)
I have been sleeping with earplugs that block the highest sound, and i've been having to put a pillow over my head as well. often times this doesn't even work and I can still here them.

Normally I would just deal with it. But I've had to pick up more hours at work and have to wake up around 6 every morning and I just can't function anymore.
I've tried talking to her and it literally only works for that night, and the next night the 6 of her friends all come over again and it starts.
What do I do? Who do I go to?

Is there another RA you can go to? My building has an RA every other floor, and they’re all pretty friendly… but that could give you a real solution without causing a lot of drama.

Other than that… I dunno. Do you know who’s in charge of the RA? Is there an RD that supervises them? Going to them might be overreacting though. :P

You’ve talked to her. That did not work. So you take it to the next level.

She has a supervisor (senior RA, building supervisor?). Start there, or maybe ask to move rooms.

Go to her hall director.

Also, start documenting things, like when exactly she was being too loud/how often. Hall directors love that ■■■■.
