Low ACT score applying for UPenn. (International student)

I'm applying for The Wharton School for Econ majors
I have great co-curriculars such as 5-6 community work certifications from the government.
Then I happen to be a well-appreciated emerging musician who's won various awards.
I also started a breaking stereotypes campaign in my region. Moreover I've also won watersports competitions etc.
My pre-high school and high school grades are equivalent to a top 4 GPA.

But the only problem I have is that I started late for my ACT and I'm not expecting to score more than 28.
What are my chances?
(I'm also applying for aid)

You’d need an outstanding score on the math section in any case.
if you’re applying for aid, your odds at Penn are probably 1 in 50 so start drafting your college list.

@myos What score in math would increase my chances?

32 at a minimum, 33-34 would be better.
But your chances as an international needing financial aid remain roughly 1 in 50.

Also apply to decent safeties like U of Alabama in Tuscaloosa and Clemson
