I moved to the US in the second half of my junior year. All of my credits were transferred but they didn't give me a GPA for them.
I took both Algebra II and English III honors and got 83 in them. Rest classes were A, 4.0 94+. I wrote it in my essay that I had no one here to talk to and felt like an alien and ran around in circles. When I left, I was a junior editor in one of the biggest internet blogs in my country and my book was published there. I gave both my SAT and ACT in those first three months. I got 1700 in SAT, and 25 in ACT. But I'm going to give it again in senior year and I'm averaging around 28 ACT and 1800 SAT, right now. My GPA is 2.75 UW according to my school, and 3.25 Weighted.
They gave be a 2.0 GPA for my 83s.
Do I have any shot left at the North Carolina State University? Or any good state university?

Not too familiar with Cali state schools, but your ACT isn’t even that bad and you’ll have numerous options with your score.
