Low GPA and chances of getting into grad school

I'm worried right now that I wont get into any Business school (for MS in accounting) with a 2.5 GPA. Do any business schools accept that low of a GPA? I've been trying to raise it a lot, I'm currently a statistics major with an emphasis in economics. I've also been working as a work study student (part time)...does that count as work experience towards the work experience requirement for grad school? My GPA has been steadily rising until I got a D+ in my computer programming class because it's required for my major. I don't think I want to take it again but do grad schools only take C grades and above? Or do they accept one bad letter grade? Any suggestions and advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
