Low GPA and trying to transfer

Hey, before this fall semester started, I was placed on financial aid suspension because of a low GPA, 1.994. I have been unable to pay my college the thousands of dollars I owe them simply because I do not have thousands of dollars just lying around. I know I should have just not returned to this school, but I was advised my by family to do so. Ive spent this entire semester trying to raise my GPA but did not realize that since I owe the school money, I cannot get my official transcript. Now I was smart enough to get an official transcript before the semester started, but it has the GPA of 1.994 on it. I want to transfer to Morgan State University, but I do not know my chances if I do apply. Seeing as I only have one transcript available, I dont think I can apply to anymore schools except this one. I would’nt have a problem going to community college for a semester of two, but wouldnt they need a official transcript as well? I

Can someone shed some advice ?

Take out loans.

How much do you owe your school?

A transfer school will require an official transcript from your school, not one sent by you.

You can"t transfer anywhere unless 1° you have a 2.0 and 2° you’ve paid your college everything you owe it.
Hence: how much do you owe?
And what grades are you making this semester?
