Low GPA but High SAT in Top 100 School

I am a junior attending #97 nationally ranked school, #16 in state. (basically a really vigorous school) I have a really low GPA, 3.3 unweighted 3.8 weighted but a really high SAT score of 2300 (2nd try). I could probably get 2400 if I test again. My writing skills are better than most?, in my opinion, so the essay won't be too much of a problem. The question is whether I am doomed to enter any college or have a chance at all :(
I am taking 3 APs and 1 honor. I took one honor already in my sophomore year. Senior year I plan to take 5 APs. I have a 800 in SAT Chem subject test and 800 in the math one as well. I'm in varsity sports and am not that active in clubs.

What are some colleges I actually have a chance at getting in? Top 20 colleges? :(

Thanks for the help!

You can probably make it to most of ranked 40-100 colleges (according to USNWR rankings).

Rank 40 and above will generally be high matches and above.
I can see you getting accepted to any of the state schools except the top 5 (Cal, UCLA, UNCCH, Uva, and U of M)

All the schools above rank 30 or so are reaches.

Disclaimer- I am, of course, being very general in what I am saying.
