Low GPA, chance me, help me

HEY
My freshmen and sophomore years were complete jokes and accumulated a 72.9 average (1.8GPA). I KNOW. Horrendous. However, my predicted grades for this year are:
Accounting: 90
Physics: 80
Health: 100
Gym: 90
Precalculus: 85
American History: 80
English: 80

(In other words a 86 average / 3.6GPA).

This would bring my average to a 76.6 (2.6) UNWEIGHTED. Weighted would be around an 80.1 (2.5).
I assume that my SAT score will be around a 1700-1800. Guaranteed extracurriculars include 9th grade and 11th grade volunteer work, a JV team sophomore year, Sophomore year peer tutoring over the summer and membership in a school club (I am currently attempting to assume a leadership position). I plan on taking AP Macro and AP CalcAB next year and my college recommendations and essay will emphasize my growth throughout my high school career. With all that being said, can anyone tell me chance me for SUNY Oswego, SUNY Plattsburgh, SUNY Oneonta, SUNY Cortland... ANY NON-TECHINCAL SUNY COLLEGE, Ithaca or Utica Colleges? Any other suggestions will be GREATLY appreciated, community is NOT an option!!!!!!!!

ThanksssSsSssssss
:)

One more thing! Both my parents went to SUNYS. I’m a ‘double legacy’ if that helps in any way

My older daughter is currently a freshman at SUNY Cortland. I think if you keep your grades up you can get into Plattsburgh and Oswego. Cortland and Oneonta are harder. You should definitely apply to all. Do you have Naviance at your school?

Yes! My school has Naviance

We found Naviance to be quite accurate for my older daughter so you might want to take a look. Have you visited the schools?

Definitely making plans to do so over the summer

Scattergram in Naviance definitely helps.
