Low GPA, Decent SAT score, Looking to get into a SUNY school

Hey everybody, this is my first post on here and Im looking to get some input regarding my chances in getting into my college choices. I prefer SUNY schools because I am a NY resident and SUNY schools offer a good education for a fair price.
First a little about me, I have barely and ECs, a GPA of 3.4 UW and a SAT score of 1730, 640 Reading, 550 Math, and 540 Writing. I am Hispanic if that makes any difference. My dream school would be Stony Brook but I know its a really high reach, my other choices are University at Buffalo, Oswego, and New Paltz.
My questions are: What are my chances of getting into any of these schools? Am I looking for the wrong schools, maybe aiming a bit to high? What other colleges would be a good fit regarding my grades? Im planning to major in Biology.
Any help given would be super, greatly, appreciated.

I think those are good shcools for you :)

I don’t think Stony Brook is a high reach…
It depends on what school you go to now, because at mine the average GPA accepted is 3.4
For the others, you should be in. At Buffalo, the average accepted is a 3.18. This is just at my school, but I would imagine the stats are not too far off from the average school in NY
