Low GPA, high SAT = LAZY

I don't know about you guys but I was lazy and I did do poorly: I had a 3.2 GPA and a 2220. But i worked as a junior got a 3.96 GPA for the year and hope that colleges will take a chance on me since I've got an upward trajectory.

School is supposed to be our no. one priority, not sports,ECs,and NO EXCUSES. Its perfectly fair as we didnt prioritize (we being the "lazy" ones) and those who did with 3.6, 2050 will go places beause they have the drive. The people who want it the most are the ones that go far, GPA is a matter of discipline and those of us who are lacking didnt look far enough forward to the application process.

But hey, its never too late to start over.

^^^ That's not a low GPA...at all. A 3.2 is average.

on this site its virtual suicide for a chance post

RAWR. I hate that. A 3.2 is a B, a solid one at that.

Just because 1% of the high school population takes all APs and has a 4.0/2400 doesn't mean the rest of everyone sucks.

cheers......

Recommendations should distinguish between a lazy candidate and someone who just took really hard classes. That's why they ask about how hard the student worked and stuff.

That's also why it's important to suck up to teachers :P.
