Low GPA high SAT - Will i go to college

<p>I have a 1980 SAT (1290 combined) and a 3.2 which according to my school is an 84 out of 100. I am doubting I am getting into these colleges at this point but I have 4 varsity letters for football, a foster brother, and I volunteer a ton. (Also from NJ)</p>

<p>I want to go to:
South Carolina
Clemson (legacy)
Auburn
Rutgers
Penn State (legacy)
Florida State
Pitt
Miami (OH)
Syracuse
Maybe Texas(Idk how hard it is)
and James Madison</p>

<p>Also i was thinking about Ohio State and U Del
Please Match me to see if any of these would maybe be a safety school or if i have a shot</p>

<p>@ribbonroad224 - While it may not seem like a “high” score to you, compared to the average is it a very good score. </p>

<p>@mhsnj51 Don’t worry, your stats are definitely good enough to get into college! I’m really not familiar with the averages for a lot of those schools but you definitely way above the average kid that goes to college. Well done.</p>
