Low GPA, Rigorous High School

I am a freshman attending an extremely rigorous high school and my gpa is considerably low (about 3.3). I am looking to go into the medical field. What are my chances of getting into Johns Hopkins University?

Sadly, John Hopkins is basically out of the question with a 3.3 no matter the school. I mean, if the ACT score is superb and the EC’s are excellent, you have a shot. And you’re just a freshman. There is a LOT of time left to get that GPA up. But Johns Hopkins is a top 15 university… it’ll be tough if it doesn’t come up a good bit.
