Low Grades/Chances/High Scores/Upward Trend

Its finally senior year and time to apply to colleges. I just want to know what kind of schools I could realistically have a chance at getting into with these stats.

GPA UW: 3.5ish W:4.2-3
School Ranks in deciles: top 10%, more than likely top 5
But the thing is I have a pretty good upward trend. Freshman year and first semester sophomore year I got all B's, after that I had pretty much straight A's and junior year I had the highest gpa in our class of 700 and I still have that trend going senior year and have maintained the most rigorous schedule possible throughout.
ACT:35
SAT II: Math 1,2 - 780,800

EC's:
Piano-State Winner(ISMTA) + several regional competitions + Nationals qualifier but didn't place(MTNA) + I made an arts supplement and would probably rate it around 9.5-10/10 + I've played in 2 bands the past 2 years

Volunteer work at hospital - I have been playing piano at a rehab hospital for the past 6 years as a form of therapy (200 hours) + I was the one that started the whole music as a form of therapy thing and created a subdivision of volunteering specifically for that which has around 15 members + amazing recommendation from the director that I work under

Church Activities - I'm really involved in my church, I play the piano every week for my church and also I performed in 2 bands that we have within our church, I have also done a lot of outreach and I also am a Teacher for our Sunday School Program and teach around 50 kids

School Activities - Youth and Government(Exec Board) 2 years, Math Team(Co-captain) 3 years, Chess Team(Member) 4 years, Wrestling 1 Year

Teacher Recs - Both really good, I've known them both for a long time and read their letters and they were really good (9/10)s

Essays - I feel pretty confident about them (8/10-10/10 range)

I really feel that my weak point was my freshman year and first semester sophomore year but idk how much the other stuff weighs against that so of the following list which ones would I have a realistic chance at

Indiana U
University of Michigan
University of Illinois
Berkeley/UCLA
Northwestern
U Chicago
Ivy's
MIT
Stanford

UMICH: High Match
UIUC: Match
Berkeley/UCLA: High Match
Northwestern: High Match-Low Reach
UChicago: Low Reach-Reach
Ivy’s: Depending on which ones, but most of them are Low Reach-Reach
MIT: Low Reach-Reach
Stanford: Low Reach-Reach

Not saying your EC’s are bad, but you should try to get more EC’s especially since you’re applying to those last few schools on your list.
Your test scores are great.

all reaches except indiana nothing in your e.c.s stands out too much besisdes the piano which seems like a passion for you. Some of the people you will applying against will have had internships, research, etc.
