low PSAT, perfect SAT

<p>Hypothetically speaking, if I scored a 188 on the PSAT (lower than I thought due to careless errors in the Math portion), and a 2400 on the SAT would it look bad to colleges that I didn't get National Merit?</p>

<p>I do plenty of other EC's and good GPA, etc. I was just wondering if the PSAT score could hurt my chances to get into a first tier college.</p>
