I just took a practice SAT II Math IIC test and scored a 630 as a diagnostic. As i was takin the test i could recall certain certain formulas but couldnt remember them. Is it possible to get an 800 still if i work hard and look back at my mistakes???

what book practice test?

if it's barrons
630 is good.

Get a TI-89 and learn to use it...your score will suddenly and dramatically improve lol

thats not true tanonev,

no its not barrons. Its sparknotes

math is something that most definately can be improved

get kaplan iic- do the entire book, study the whole thing, do all practice problems
get barrons iic- do the entire book also

if you do this, i can basically promise you an 800.

kaplan's iic is horrible, don't waste ur money

kaplan 2c is okay. at least it is somewhat understandable unlike barrons. however, i recommend you do barrons because it will basically guarantee u an 800 (if your scoring 600+ on the barrons practice tests).

sorry sorry i didnt mean kaplan
i meant princeton review

oopsies

what do you mean, Agrophobic?

A CAS is one of the things that College Board should have banned, but didn't. TI-89 fits the bill quite well, since you'll have to get it for college anyway...

1) buy barrons and study it thoroughly
2) borrow a TI-89 and you're set
