Low SAT score/high ACT score?

So I somehow managed to get a 36 on the ACT (36 in every category except a 35 in math), a score I am ecstatic about! However, my SAT does not line up at all, with a 2000 flat (700m, 660cr, 640w). Granted, I am retaking it in two weeks, but the highest I think I'd be able to get it is in the 2100s. (The SAT is a bit of a struggle for me)
This wouldn't be too much of a problem except I am applying to Cornell ED and need to submit all scores with SAT II's, and I feel like this seems really inconsistent.

I guess what I'm asking is, if I have a fine GPA, class rank, ACT score, etc., will a relatively low-ish SAT hurt my chances very much?
Thank you for reading :) and for any answers/advice!

Ya, I am in the Same dilemma (well similar), I have a 34 on the ACT(35 Math and Science, 34 Reading, and 33 English), but only have a 2120 SAT (770 M, 700 CR, 650 W). I am taking it for my 3rd and final time in October, and I don’t know what to do if I don’t do much better. I know that some schools want you to submit either all the ACT tests or all the SAT tests, but they also require the SAT II’s so you would have to submit everything…so IDK… :L, I am gonna ask my guidance counselor tomorrow and get back to you…
