<p>I get the impression Loyola is a commuter school...anyone wish to prove or disprove that?</p>
<p>don’t know if this is “proof” but my son just got an e-mail re:housing that says that you are required to live on campus your first 2 years. Doesn’t sound like a commuter school to me, never had that impression.</p>
<p>Sorta…according to the residence handbook, students living with immediate family in the Chicago area don’t have to live on campus. Considering many (most?) Loyola students are from the Chicago area, that’s a reasonable concern.</p>
