Loyola?

I was placed in a triple in Loyola… Can anyone tell me how this building is?

Also I’ve heard diff things about bathrooms in triples (some say there isnt one, some say there are). Does anyone know what the triples in this building are like?

I believe if you log onto agora, you can pull up the floor plan of your dorm and even find your room.

When I pulled it up it didnt show if there were bathrooms in the room… I wasn’t sure if that meant there were none or they just didnt show it.

Thank you though!!!

Bathrooms are common. The ‘8-person’ suites have their own bathrooms, which you have to clean yourself btw.

Check the floor plans again, as it will show where the bathrooms are located. I believe that Loyola is a traditional-style dorm that has communal bathrooms on each floor.

There are two types of natural triples for freshman: those that have bathrooms and those that don’t. The ones that don’t are on the top floor of CLXF and Fitzaga which were added when the dorms were renovated in the early 2000s. The ones that do have bathrooms will be on floors 1, 2, or 3 and are divided into 2 different rooms.

Can you please elaborate about what you meant by “they are divided into 2 different rooms”. I have a triple in CLXF on floor 2. She’s at the end of the hall where two triples are located…so you’re saying that the triple next to hers is actually a bathroom that appears as a 2nd room on the floor plan? Or are you saying the actual triple is two rooms, and this does not show on the floor plan? I’m a little confused!

Sorry, the triple is technically 3 rooms then if you include the bathroom. One of the rooms has a single bed, two desks, and a dresser while the other room has bunk beds, a desk, and two dressers. Access to the private bathroom is through the second inner room. You can rearrange the furniture any way you want. I know some people who put all of the beds in the inner room so they could all hang out in the other one.
