I'm a freshman and I'm trying to figure out what classes to take winter quarter. I want to take chem14b and ls2 (plus math 3a). Would this be too difficult? Also, my first pass is on the 19th and I know I have to sign up for math, but I'm not sure if I should try for ls2 or chem. Am I right in thinking it's better to sign up for ls2 because it will fill up faster?

Or would it be ok to not do chem and take a GE instead? (I’m a physci major)

absolutely doable.
i did 14b, 14bl, math 3c plus a ge all in one quarter my freshman year.
seriously with any schedule at ucla as long as you balance your time accordingly you will have time to do well and party
