LS2 Class Averages

What is the average % usually for an LS class (LS2 is what Im in) before the curve? Thanks!

from what i remember from my LS2 class is that the average is always pretty high in comparison to most other south campus classes (i.e. 70-80%ish... )

i got ~65-70/100 on midterms last quarter, and that was right around average.

the average for my ls2 class for the first midterm was around a 76.

is that general rule for all the LS classes? i've heard avgs of 80 or so for ls1

wow really? that would mean you would need like wht... a 90% to get an A

pretty much. the LS series is REALLY competitive (all the med school hopefuls).

side note: im FREAKING SCREWED for LS3. i dont know jack. :(

hey vtec, have u ever had dr. phelan? he was my sub a few times.. he's so cool.

nope. i had cooper/fain for LS2 and have ray/tamanoi for LS3 right now.

wow then im screwed... haha i was hoping it was like chem 14, where i could get like a mid-high B and get an A

ughhh.. i didn't know ls2 had such high averages. great.. that means i gotta do really well -_-'. so much information, my brain is going to explode!

im so glad i didnt have to memorize all the lineages like fallqtr ls1. phew. :)

btw, did they just eliminate cpr this quarter...??? or was it last

i wish cpr was gone from 20l....

**** i made a dilution and my friend finally said you couldnt at 1126 :(

i think the LS series dropped CPRs last quarter.

its NOT FAIR

"i think the LS series dropped CPRs last quarter."

NICE

they dropped the CPRs and added a research portion to LS2 instead. this quarter is the first quarter to implement it. the research portion is created by Dr.Pfluegl.

I loved CPR. It actually raised my grade in LS 1.

......................

yay for me! took LS2 last quarter so i skipped out on CPR and research portion. :D

what exactly does the research portion entail?
