When do we start classes that have to do with major. I know after two years you go to your intended school but when can take some classes that we choose.
Also if any current or past LSP students see this please pm me. I would appreciate it so much.

I have the same question too.

I found it Zan 1st year you get one elective each semester and take writing I 1st semester then writing II 2nd semester. Sucks cause well writing sucks but everyone has to take writing classes CAS has Writing the essay. I heard ours Is generally better. Then 2nd year you take 1 required class and 3 electives for your major each semester!! Sounds great I think!
Will you be attending Zan?

Lol sorry Zhan read your name to quick xD.

Something I left out however is that those electives are usually filled by math/ science courses needed for the transition to CAS or wherever you would be going

Yeah, I will definitely attending. I applied to cas but get accepted to LSP. I am wondering that after I finish first two years, can I transfer to stern?? I did not see it on viewbook.

Unfortunately you can’t. Let me guess you did Econ in CAS? I did.

I ask an admission officer and get a reply that lap students cannot transfer to stern after two year core program. But when I ask a current LSP student, she told me it is possible to transfer to stern if u get a GPA above 3.7. So now I am totally confused. Hope someone will explain this to me.

Speak to the LSP advisors. They will tell you that it is very difficult but that there have been several LSP students that have successfully applied to Stern.
