Lucrative careers?

<p>I am thinking of becoming either a CPA or actuary. I am a high school junior and am taking Calculus. I love math and am also going to be taking an intro-accounting course at my local CC.</p>

<p>I know both professions command high starting salaries and have the potential to make much more. Which is what I want.</p>

<p>I also want to point out that I may have to attend a CC for two years. Will this kill my chances at a Big4? Or am I alright?</p>

<p>Are there other careers in the business field I should be looking into?</p>

<p>If you like stats and math, I think that actuarial sciences might actually be the better bet for you. Because while accounting does have math, it’s not a math-y career, I don’t think</p>
