-SSAT: 90th Percentile (though will be be re-taking)

EC’s:
-Club Officer (Secretary/Publicity Head) for a student-run initiative, helping struggling entrepreneuers through micro-finance
-Involvement in 2 student-run English Teaching Initiatives (1 of which works with local government teaching underprivileged local students)

Sports:
-Member of school’s varsity tennis travel team (school competes internationally within Asia)
-Former Top 25 ranking nationally (have since stopped competing in individual tournaments due to school work)

Additional info:
-Uncle + Cousin went to Lawrenceville
-Diff uncle + diff cousin went to Exeter

EC’s are very light. Your SSAT scores are also low for some of the schools. If you have great recommendations and an excellent interview that might make a difference. Also, your grades are good so that will help. The tennis level is very high. It’s too bad you stopped. I think it you played tennis at your current boarding school that would represent well roundedness. Most of the kids at these schools play sports at a fairly high level and also maintain high grades. Is there any way you can play tennis this year?

I still play tennis for the school team and practice 5-6x a week. I played singles for my school team last year.

why would you be repeating?
