Alrite, I just looked up the old posts and saw that gonnastop is going to apply MX, for which year are you applying for next year?

pulsar, back the F off. you’re a ■■■■■, stop assaulting any new member to the board. jeez…

Rad, Calm down, what have you had for lunch today? Go look up Brookie’s old posts or you’ll end up answering questions forever! :D

I find it funny how you are calling someone else a ■■■■■.

2010, All I say is continue to feed a ■■■■■, I’ll be cheering for you all.

@Izzy Busy Bee

Well, I think I am just looking forward to meeting the people at MX. Most of them seemed to be pretty nice when I went on the tour. I was the only student from my school to go to MX this year, so no friends coming along with me. :frowning:
But I am pretty sure I will meet lots more.

Well, an asian, boy, entering sophmore from _____brook school. I am pretty certain I would be the only one of that kind :slight_smile: . So you prbly will noe who I am in September even if I dont tell u my name.

@gonnastop

I live in 上海. :)

cool :slight_smile: 10char

Thanks for…not calling me a ■■■■■. Thanks guys! Let us just ignore ******.

I’ve PMed you Brookie. I live in 南京. Haha neighbors!

What exactly does it mean that freshmen and sophmores have to take five and a HALF courses? A half course??

Your arts course is worth half a credit [and you only take the class 3 times a week]. Students who come as freshmen end up taking all the basic, required arts courses [2 out of music, drawing or art history freshman year, then whichever one of those you didn’t take plus drama sophomore year]. I think new sophomores get to choose, since they won’t take all of those. So you’ll take your choice of music, drawing or art history one semester, and then drama the next [or in the reverse order].

there are actually 17 students going to an Ivy League from this years class. Also, Middlesex is getting incredibly strict and tightening down on fun. I would say this generally causes a pretty unhappy student body.

It does occasionally… but honestly, most people are still pretty happy. imo, it’s really a few really vocal unhappy people that bring the rest of the school down.

btw, do you go to mx?

yes and i would say i am much more qualified to talk about the school than a rising sophomore. i have been around middlesex since 2002 and the atmosphere has changed immensely and much for the worse.

So then are you a teacher?

no i am not

okayyy…i’m gonna go with alum or parent?

…or facbrat?

:-)

haha dude she’s a student, like she said

she’s had several older siblings at mx that’s why she said 2002

Not in my opinion. Who died and made you “more qualified?” Izzy Busy Bee has been on here longer…

And it doesn’t make sense if you just judge the school’s atmosphere/whatever by your personal experience, or your siblings’.
